I have one Follistim AQ cartridge 900 IU (exp 06/2011) with 10 needles and Follistim Pen. It was purchased from Walgreen's locally and has been kept properly refrigerated.

Asking $300. Will accept Paypal. Buyer pays for shipping via UPS or Fed-Ex, and I will ship on ice overnight.
